- 1 (6-ounce) package sliced country ham
- 2 pounds long, tender green beans, trimmed and blanched
- 6 long chives, blanched
- 1 recipe Barbecue Glaze (Recipe follows.)
Barbecue Glaze
- 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced roasted garlic
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
