Imitation crab meat makes these crepes easy-on-the budget while your microwave and packaged refrigerated crepes make them quick and easy to assemble.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 3/4 pounds)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan.
- In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil; bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken; bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170 degrees F).
